This full-day event will feature presentations, interactive discussion and activities, and a poster session to provide more details about NCATS programs and initiatives. The event will foster an open dialogue for participants to discuss common roadblocks to translational science, brainstorm ideas for improvement and apply that knowledge to strengthen patient and community engagement at NCATS. 

Admission is free, but space is limited, so please register early. Registration information will be posted soon.

Through active involvement in NCATS Day 2018, participants will:

  • Identify effective strategies for patient and community engagement to help advance translational research.
  • Share and learn from the successes and challenges of other participants.
  • Break down silos and facilitate dialogue across diverse stakeholder groups to catalyze collaboration.
  • Learn about NCATS’ programs and initiatives that actively engage patients and communities.
